IdeaStar's List of Clients Grows to Include WellCare Health Plans

November 16, 2006 - The list of IdeaStar Inc. Insurance Technology clients is growing.  WellCare Health Plans, Inc., a leading provider for government-sponsored health plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, State Children’s Health Insurance Programs and others, is one of the latest companies to benefit from our online insurance applications.

The WellCare project includes:

• Online agent contracting process with hierarchy management 
• Administrative applications which allows internal WellCare employees to administer and track agent activity & review contracts
• Integration with third-party background check systems which automates a necessary step for contracting
• Addition of a Producer Resource Center where agents can change their profile, view contracts, request sales materials, view their hierarchy and downlines, see commission reports, receive agent news, and view application status reports.
