The password protected ARC includes news and events,  marketing materials, an archive of the company newsletter, a CRM system to track and manage leads, a calendar for training schedules, and more.  The ARC provides a centralized place to view product information, announcements or training materials. Agents can also see a scoreboard showing production by region.
